PERSUASION CONSULTANTS was founded in order to try to effect a much needed change of direction in the legal system and in the way criminal cases are tried within that system. Melding the "persuasion" method pioneered by Denver attorney Steven Rench twenty years ago with the "trying cases to win" strategies pioneered by New Jersey attorney Herb Stern, MARK J. STANZIANO is able to bring his more than two decades of courtroom experience to bear in the private representation of citizens accused of having committed crimes, as well as in conjunction with other defense counsel who have sought his advice in how to tackle difficult issues and cases. Using this hybrid methodology, he has achieved results many thought impossible to achieve in criminal cases ranging from Disorderly Conduct to Capital Murder throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Minnesota.

PERSUASION CONSULTANTS brings these methods and experience to both the public and to the practicing bar. Whether it is:

People have asked, "What do you mean when you say you persuade through magic?" The answer is contained within the two quotes shown above. The magic spoken of is not "other worldly." Indeed, it is entirely within the bounds of the laws that govern humans today. Though, it utilizes all the laws that govern us: Physical and Natural, as well as the laws of human behavior, common sense and the "magic" of the everyday world around us. Persuasion is best achieved through the telling of our clients' all too human stories, steeped in the facts, as driven by the emotions of those involved in the stories, with a view toward how the story is to be reviewed in the legal context in which it finds itself being told. It is a client-centered methodology that many lawyers, who have confined themselves to a lawyer-centered approach, would view as "magic"; which achieves results those lawyer-centered practitioners would see as "luck." In truth, we all make our own luck by being thoroughly prepared through hard work. That is the sort of "magic" that is used by PERSUASION CONSULTANTS.
